I'm not quite clear what this means in reality. It is sometimes said that almost 90% of the music, art, literature in the world is shit. The problem is that 90%? Very often, which was very popular when it first appeared more or less forgotten within a generation later. And sometimes things that (will be missed during his appearance, he was ahead of his time, was popular on the type of song or a style more and more that it was "outdated" by the standards of "time (whatever that is) recognized its earnings later.
