Drink a lot, I know you are high camps filled with fluid, but it helps to remove the kidneys, legs at rest, elevating the foot of the bed may also help. If the weather is hot, they swell more, but cankle are almost the norm in the last months of pregnancy, especially during hot weather.

Ohhh the joys!

Put your feet as you can. If you work in an office, place it in a box. If you are at home, rest periods are regular and are on the sofa, feet up.

If you please, take yoga classes or pregnancy water stress. Stretching and the exercise of the legs in a way that no weight in them can really help the pain. Even a few slow laps, when you can have a pool in the vicinity be fantastic.

If the swelling to come at once, then you should contact your doctor or midwife as soon as possible, because that is a sign of pre-eclampsia.

alwys my feet were very swollen. reach the point where I could not go cuz it was so painful ...
I bought a foot bath stores (cheaper than Wal-Mart and elsewhere) and I bought this box with 5-6 packets of Epson Salt Foot "packages that use the amount supossed perfect for you.
I always use cold water for some reason, the use of U PPL recommend occasionally hot. hot, but sometimes sore feet.
Now I think I have nooooo idea why you .. In any case, I would like oak for a very long time! approximately 20 minutes. Heart, as if his feet start to make raisins.
But it always helps yet.

You need something like a pillow under your legs when resting or sleeping.
